Join the #RenMetEU initiative of JEF Den Haag and wear the t-shirt promoting the upcoming EU elections during the NN Marathon Rotterdam on Sunday 7 April.
While voter turnout is alarming across the EU, the idea behind this initiative is to get more people involved in the European elections and encourage as many as possible to vote.
You will run together at a more or less slow pace to create a wave of blue/yellow runners, thus raising the awareness of other fellow runners and supporters along the route. You can also run on your own if you aim to finish in a specific time.
Feel free to join: the more the merrier, and the bigger the impact! You can choose between two distances: 10,5K (departure at 09:30) or marathon (departure at 10:00).
You can RSVP for this event after which you will receive a link in the confirmation mail. JEF Den Haag will then reach out to you with practical information for the race day (where and when to pick up the free t-shirt, post-race gathering, etc).
Please note that participation in the run is at your own cost and you should register via the official website of NN Marathon Rotterdam.
#RenMetEU is an initiative in the frame of the thistimeimvoting.eu campaign launched by the European Parliament. It is supported by the European Parliament Liaison Office in the Netherlands.
